According to the faq conversion table they should derive to h264, mpeg2 and ogg video.

I figured out the issue. The ISO images were assembled incorrectly.

I'm having the same problem too, the iso file just has to contain an AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS right?

I'm sorry, but what did I uploaded wrong then?? As far as I know the things uploaded where not commercial and where never released commercially.
